SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a mixer with a spring mounted inside along its entire length, said mixer being equipped with shock absorbers and capable of moving in three mutually perpendicular planes in space. The mixer is made around its periphery in form of a multiple-thread screw surface with screw lines on the periphery and screw grooves inside the mixer at an angle of 5°-15° to the axis of the mixer in form of curved pockets with centres of curvature of the curved pockets of the screw surface located alternately outside and inside the cross-section of the mixer, assembled from one strip of the same width, rolled up into cylindrical coils connected to each other on the longitudinal edges, said strip being curved in a wave-like manner on fold lines at an angle of 5°-15° to the longitudinal edges of said strip, to form on the outer and inner surfaces directed towards the same side at an angle to the axis of rotation of the housing of the screw surfaces in form of curved pockets on the outer and inner surfaces, wherein on the entire length of the mixer, there is a conical spring with a plane section of coils, which is equipped with a device for measuring the coil spacing via stretching or compression thereof.
