FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of paint-and-lacquer materials in shaking, swinging and vibrating devices. Proposed device comprises mixer furnished with dampers and arranged to displace in three mutually perpendicular planes. Mixer is made up of three rectangular strips bent alternately in opposite directions at 140° along cuts made at 60° to each other and to strip lengthwise edges to produce equilateral triangles alternating in opposite directions. Strips are interconnected along lengthwise edges at 70° to make, along inner perimetre, three broken curved screw surfaces and three broken screw grooves of the main direction. Besides, strips make two broken curved screw surfaces and two screw grooves of opposite direction. In mixer outer diameter, three broken screw lines of the main direction and two broken screw lines of opposite direction are made. At break points, points of convergence of three sides of six equilateral triangles are located. Helical spring with device to vary turn pitch by spring compression or expansion is arranged along mixer length.
