FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: iris-lens diaphragm (ILD) contains optic and haptic parts, made in a monolith way from an elastic material, in which the haptic part in the form of a coloured ring with a performed pattern from the same material as the diaphragm, imitating both in shape and in colour the reticulate-radial pattern of the iris of the patient's paired eye, in the quantity, corresponding to the quantity of main colours, identified on the iris of the patient's paired eye, with an internal diameter of 3.0-4.5 mm and located on periphery support arc-like elements. Each support element, the distal end of which is bent towards the external side of the diaphragm for point contact, is made non-closed and has ability of bending and submerging partially or completely into a slot with a depth equal to the thickness of the support element and located on the ring periphery under the base of the support element.
EFFECT: application of the claimed group of inventions will make it possible to adapt for an individual diameter of the ciliary sulcus and will provide optimal cosmetic rehabilitation of the patient and increase resilient-elastic properties of the ILD aimed at its implantation through the small incision.
