FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine. The iris lens diaphragm for preventing the development of secondary glaucoma includes an optical part and a haptic colored part in the form of a ring. The optical part consists of three elements, the first of which is a plano-convex lens made in the form of three petals, at the same angular distance from each other, with arcuate cutouts between them. In this case, the front surface of this lens is made convex, and the back is flat. The second element of the optical part is made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter of 3.2 mm, connected by its bases to the first and third element of the optical part. The third element of the optical part is a plano-convex lens truncated on both sides by two parallel planes perpendicular to the flat surface of this lens, symmetrical about the longitudinal axis. In this case, the front surface of this lens is made flat, and the back is convex. The first and third elements are interconnected in such a way that their longitudinal axes of symmetry coincide. Wherein the first element of the optical part is configured to be located above the surface of the haptic part, the third element is under its surface, and the second element in the form of a cylinder is in the lumen of the pupillary opening of the colored haptic part.
EFFECT: normalization close to the physiological trajectory and mass transfer of intraocular fluid, elimination of a cosmetic defect in aniridia, correction of aphakia, improvement of the IHD design and the possibility of a more complete social and professional rehabilitation of patients.
