SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. The current transmission cycle includes transmission of calculated values of relative latency time (delta-T), estimated based on very accurate calculations of values of subsequent data transmission speeds, from the current time slot to the next time slot of the same broadcast service. In the next transmission cycle, actual data transmission speeds of some information signals may deviate from expected data exchange speeds, as a result of which predicted boundaries of the time slot of the next transmission cycle may be shifted. However, the potential shift of boundaries of the time slot is restricted by a range of conditions. The time slot of the next transmission cycle cannot begin before the designated calculated beginning time thereof. At constant data exchange speeds, the estimated time slot structure and the actual time slot structure are identical. In that case, implementation of the presented concept is optimised owing to advantages of effective time slotting.
EFFECT: high data transmission speed.
