SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology and is intended for data processing. For this, in a transmission device, when allocating, code bit for LDPC code having a code length of 16200 bits and an encoding rate of 7/15 is replaced by symbol bit for a symbol corresponding to one of 8 signal points prescribed by 8PSK, when 3-bite code bits stored in 3 storage units having a storage capacity of 16200/3 bits and read one bit at a time from each storage unit, bits b0, b1, and b2 are each replaced by y0, y1, and y2, respectively. Positions of replaced code bits, obtained from data sent by the transmission device, are returned to the original positions.
EFFECT: technical result is ensuring good communications quality during data transmission using LDPC code.
