SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication technology and is intended for processing data during data transmission using LDPC code. For this, code bit for LDPC code having a code length of 16200 bits and an encoding rate of 7/15 is replaced by symbol bit for a symbol corresponding to one of 8 signal points prescribed by 8PSK. When allocating, to one symbol, when 3-bite code bits stored in 3 storage units having a storage capacity of 16200/3 bits and read one bit at a time from each storage unit, bits b0, b1, and b2 are each replaced by y0, y1, and y2, respectively, when the (i+1) bit from the most significant bit among the 3-bit code bits is set as bit bi and the (i+1) bit from the most significant bit among 3-bit symbol bits in one symbol is set as bit yi.
EFFECT: technical result is ensuring good communications quality during data transmission using LDPC code.
