FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of biocatalytic conversion of dibenzothiophene, which includes oxidation of initial compound with hydrogen peroxide in presence as biocatalyst of haemoglobin in mixture of buffer solution with acetonitrile, novelty of which consists in the fact that as buffer solution, taken is acetate buffer solution, molarity of which constitutes 40-60 mM, with pH equal to 5.0-5.5; process is carried out at room temperature with molar ratio of initial components: dibenzothiophene:hemoglobin:hydrogen peroxide as (1-2.5):1:(900-1100) and ratio of solution components in vol. %: acetate buffer solution:acetonitrile as (2.5-3.5):1. Technical result is as follows: novel method of dibenzothiophene conversion with reduced catalyst consumption, absence of process of protein denaturation and, as a result, presence of transparent solution with achievement of high selectivity of DBTO output and 100% SDT conversion has been elaborated.
EFFECT: invention can be used in petroleum refining industry in production of motor fuel.
