Proposed applicator has two or more ultrasound converters to cause one or more phase interference in used cover solution. The latter flows from mixer. Note here that inverse process of polymerisation of sol-gel precursors originates and viscosity of used cover solution is reduced at flowing from mixer. System for coat application by roller comprises chamber accommodating the coat application roller.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, minimised amount of defects inside applied thin films.
