FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for applying adhesive on film and can be used in various industries, especially in packaging industry. Device for application of glue on film includes at least first metering roller (10), which is supported by the device blocked from rotation during operation, as well as at least second metering roller (11) facing the first one, which is able to rotate in contact with glue. Surface of the first metering roll (10) is separated from the surface of the second metering roller (11) by a gap (G) so that as a result of rotation part of the surface of the second metering roll (11) is coated with a homogeneous glue layer. Device also includes control device (20) for movement of at least first metering roller (10) relative to second metering roller (11) to change width of gap (G) and, therefore, thickness of adhesive layer on surface of second roller. Control device (20) is controlled by a control unit configured to control the position of the first metering roller (10) and to adjust the width of the gap (G) depending on the geometrical and/or dimensional parameters of the surface of said first metering roll (10). Plant for production of multilayer film can be equipped with one or several application devices.

EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is enabling accurate control of thickness of layer of adhesive applied on layers of moving film, even when thickness of said layer is less than 3 or 4 mcm, ensuring recurrence of said parameters of application process, reduced costs.
