SUBSTANCE: fasting blood test and blood test following taking amino acid mixture are conducted. Taking into account the ratio K and the time following the oral administration of amino acids, a diagram reflecting the amino acid absorption rate in the digestive tract is plotted.

EFFECT: method enables measuring the total amino acid absorption rate in the digestive tract taking into account the transport system characteristics.
