FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathological physiology, and can be used for portal endogenous intoxication examination when simulating experimental obesity. A content of average blood molecules is determined. Content of average weight molecules is determined in blood from portal vein. Portal blood sampling is performed in the morning on an empty stomach prior to simulating adiposity and repeatedly in a predetermined time, determined by experimental rules in developing experimental obesity. Parameters of content of average weight molecules from portal vein blood before beginning obesity modeling are an individual standard when interpreting results obtained in developing obesity.
EFFECT: method enables portal endogenous intoxication when simulating experimental obesity by evaluating endogenous intoxication by blood content of average-weight molecules, which are intermediate products of catabolism.
