SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over elevator system with several cabins (1, 1', 1'') in elevator well. Request (T1) for destination floor is activated at request input floor by passenger and by the most favourable request allocation (T6) for passenger transfer with the help of cabin (1, 1', 1'') from departure floor to destination floor defined for destination request (T1) with the help of at least one destination request control device (3, 3', 3''). In case one unfavourable condition parameter (T2) is set then allocation of request (T8) without unfavourable condition for transfer of passengers with the help of cabin (1, 1', 1") from departure floor to destination floor is defined by destination request control device (3, 3', 3''). Destination floor and request input floor or destination floor and desirable destination are coordinated.
