FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: engine comprises cylinder with piston intake valve and two discharge valves. First discharge valve open prior to piston reaching BDC at working stroke. This valve discharges the main portion of exhaust gases from the cylinder. First exhaust valve at the end of discharge stroke closes to open second discharge valve to allow vacuum pump suck off remained exhaust gases from the cylinder. To up the purging quality, cylinder cover fire bottom accommodates, between intake and discharge valves, a perforated web to make working fluid move in periphery of combustion chamber which facilitates removal of residual gases from combustion chamber periphery. At cold starting, said perorated web made of material with shape memory effect is pressed against cylinder cover surface to allow unobstructed working fluid flow in combustion chamber. After engine starting and warming up, martensite conversion occurs in web material for it to change its shape bending off from cylinder cover fire surface to get into working position. At hot engine starting, said perforated web features temperature equal to that of cylinder cover and stays at working position to ensure reliable starting and operation of hot engine.

EFFECT: higher reliability of ICE starting.
