FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic material with a low burning temperature, containing in initial components as a basic composition magnesium, calcium and titanium oxides, as well as zirconium and zinc oxides, is characterised by the fact that it additionally contains nickel and iron oxides with the following component ratio, wt %: magnesium oxide (MgO) 50.5÷0.5, calcium oxide (CaO) 1.0÷41.5, zirconium oxide (ZrO2) 0.25÷0.05, zinc oxide (ZnO) 2.5÷0.5, iron oxide (Fe2O3) 0.1÷0.7, nickel oxide (NiO) 0.1÷1.5, titanium oxide (TiO2) - the remaining part.
EFFECT: obtaining the ceramic material with a low burning temperature for products of electronic equipment with high value of dielectric permeability, low value of dielectric loss tangent, with high mechanic strength, high electric resistance and high density.
