FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive of the press beam comprises the working and return hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic control valves of control, tank of filling up, pressure head and drain hydraulic lines, fluid decompression device in a working hydraulic cylinder. The decompression device consists of input and output hydraulic cylinders with the plate, installed as a separating element between their movable links. The working cavity of input hydraulic cylinder is connected by means of controlled valves with the working cavity of the working hydraulic cylinder and with drain hydraulic line. The working cavity of each of output hydraulic cylinders is connected to a pressure head hydraulic line by means of an individual check valve and with the fill tank by means of individual hydraulically controlled two-way valve. First of control cavities of the named valve ensuring the opening of the flow section of the valve, is connected to the pressure head hydraulic line. The second control cavity ensuring the closure of the valve flow section, is connected to the working cavity of the working actuator. The ratio of cumulative effective area of the gate of two-way valve from the side of the first control cavity and input cavity, connection with a working cavity of the relevant output hydraulic cylinder, to the effective area of the gate element from the side of the second control cavity is determined by the following formula.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of hydraulic cylinder.
