FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used in hydraulic press control devices. Proposed drive comprises working and back-pressure hydraulic cylinders, controlled pressure and drain valves, working cylinder fill valves, fill tank, and bypass valve with control chamber. Said chamber is composed of structural parts and cylindrical guide part of shutoff element on the side opposite valve seat. Bypass valve inlet channel, on seat side, communicates with back-pressure cylinder working chambers. Outlet channel on shutoff element side communicates with pressure line. Bypass valve control chamber communicates with outlet channel of logical OR element. Bypass valve shutoff element guide part diameter is not smaller than OD of contact surface of shutoff element and seat shutoff edges.
EFFECT: ruled out spontaneous beam displacement at excess pressure drop in pressure line.
