FIELD: devices for preparation of laboratory samples.
SUBSTANCE: shaker for test tubes includes a motor and a holder for fixing test tubes with a sample, wherein it comprises a housing, in which there is an input shaft rigidly connected to the engine shaft, coaxial intermediate and output shafts. On the housing coaxially to the intermediate shaft the fixed elliptical gear wheel is rigidly fixed, on the output shaft the other elliptical gear wheel is installed. On the input shaft there is a cylindrical gear wheel and it is connected to the carrier by a gear transmission, at that, the carrier is made in the form of a cylindrical gear wheel installed on the intermediate shaft and connected through the rotary kinematic pair to the pinion shaft, consisting of elliptical gear wheel and elliptical gear turned through 180° relative to each other and connected by shaft. Elliptical pinion gear wheel is connected to fixed elliptical gear wheel of the same size, and elliptical pinion gear is engaged with elliptical gear wheel of the same size, note also that all the major semiaxes a of all elliptical wheels are the same. All elliptical wheels are installed on their shafts in such a way that the axis of rotation of the shaft passes through a point called the focus of the dividing ellipse, which is located on major semiaxis of pitch ellipse at distance c1 from center of pitch ellipse for one pair of wheels, and thus their engagement continuity is achieved. On the carrier opposite to the pinion shaft at the distance H equal to the distance between the axes of rotation of the intermediate shaft and the pinion shaft there is a counterweight, the mass of which is equal to the mass of the pinion. Cylindrical gear wheel is rigidly fixed on the output shaft. Output link in the form of a gear rack is connected through a gearing with a cylindrical gear wheel on the output shaft and through a translational kinematic pair with the housing. Holder for fixation of test tubes is fixed on the output link.
EFFECT: increase of compactness and balance of the actuator mechanism of the shaker for test tubes, as well as reduction of its injury risk and high reliability.
