FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to selective separation of multicomponent gas mixes and can be used for separation of lean neon-helium mix of stripping gas. Proposed plant comprises pre-separator of neon-helium mix with rectifier, stripped gas separator and neon-helium mix feed line. It includes membrane module with high- and low-pressure chambers separated by selective layers. There is the channel to feed initial neon-helium mix to membrane module. Channel of enriched neon discharge from membrane module high-pressure chamber connected with gas analyser including analysed gas circuit. Verification mix channel and output signal connector are connected with enriched neon of membrane module equipped with actuator. Channel to discharge enriched helium from low-pressure of membrane module connected to membrane compressor. Besides, there is the unit of changing adsorbers with helium and neon channels at the outlet. Note that membrane compressor comprises first and second stages, each including suction and pressure lines and appropriate bypass line. Note here that first stage bypass line communicated pressure line of first stage with initial neon-helium mix feed to membrane module. Second stage bypass line communicates compressor second stage pressure line with suction line of the same stage. Note here that bypass line of at least one stage of membrane compressor is equipped with pressure control line Note here that the unit of changeover adsorbers is arranged between pressure line of said first stage and suction line of said second stage.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
