SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and discloses a method for prediction of the risk of forming an organic anxiety disorder. Method is characterized by that in addition to clinical indicators in patients with organic emotional-labile (asthenic) disorder are determined psychological and immunobiological indicators and if the level of personal anxiety is more than 52 points, lymphocyte count with apoptosis readiness receptors more than 16 %, immunoregulatory index less than 1.3 units and concentration of free triiodothyronine in blood serum of less than 3.6 pmol/l, possibility of forming an organic anxiety disorder in patients is predicted. Method enables predicting a risk of forming an organic anxiety disorder in patients with an organic emotional labile (asthenic) disorder by determining psychological immunobiological laboratory indicators.

EFFECT: invention can be used for prediction of risk of formation of organic anxiety disorder in patients with organic emotional-labile (asthenic) disorder.
