FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio receiving engineering and can be used in radio-frequency source direction-finding systems. The result is achieved by measuring phase difference between signals from the output of a non-directional antenna having a circular beam pattern and from the output of a 90° phase changer-adder, which forms a circular beam pattern from two orthogonal antennae with a beam pattern in the form of a figure eight, and using existing receiving communication antennae having all elements necessary to carry out said method.
EFFECT: high accuracy of direction-finding with weak signals and easy implementation.
