SUBSTANCE: aluminium cast iron alloy contains the following substances, wt %: carbon 2.2-2.6; silicon 0.1-0.2; manganese 0.1-0.2; aluminium 21.0-25.0; copper 0.6-1.0; phosphorus 0.01-0.02; zirconium 0.01-0.02; nickel 1.0-1.5; antimony 0.001-0.0015; gallium 0.1-0.15; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: improved cutting processability of cast iron.
