SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. In the process of applying endoscopic surgical method and system movement of endoscope to target location in anatomical body region and generation of multitude of endoscopic video frames in the process of endoscope movement to target location takes place, with endoscopic video frames illustrating monocular endoscopic images of anatomical region. To determine depth of object in real time on monocular endoscopic images (for instance, depth of bronchial wall on monocular endoscopic images of bronchiole) determination of optical flow of one or several points of image on time succession of frames of monocular endoscopic pictures of anatomical region and determination of depth field, showing depth of object on monocular endoscopic images, as function of optical flow of point (points) of image takes place.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to obtain map of object's depth for perception by surgeon.
