SUBSTANCE: treatment planning system for generation of treatment for a particular patient comprises one or more processors programmed to receive a radiation therapy plan (RTP) for target irradiation throughout the course of one or more treatment fractions that includes distribution of the planned dose to be administered to the target, to receive patient motion data for at least one of the RTP treatment fractions, to receive time metric administration data for at least one of the RTP treatment fractions, to calculate the distribution of the motion-compensated dose for the target using the motion data and the time metric administration data, and to compare the distribution of the motion-compensated dose to the distribution of the planned dose. The time metric input data includes angular positions of the gantry all the time during this fraction and the number of segments belonging to a particular beam that is active at any given time. The radiation therapy system comprises one or more imaging devices, a scheduling system, an irradiation device, a dose control device, and a motion monitoring device generating the motion data from surrogate target targets. The method for generation of treatment for a particular patient comprises the steps that are performed using the treatment planning system. The radiotherapy system of the second version further comprises one or more processors programmed to receive RTP for target irradiation throughout the course of one or more treatment fractions.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to improve the accuracy of the administered dose.
