SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a body-facing stoma accessory and a stoma appliance. Body-facing element comprises a protective film. Protective film has proximal surface and distal surface, comprises first zone and second zone surrounding first zone. Proximal surface of the protective film contains an adhesive. Central part of the first zone is prepared to provide a hole for stoma placement. Hole passes through the protective film and adhesive. Distal surface of protective film comprises pockets. Pockets contain moldable material. Material is configured to exit each pocket through the pocket opening when using the body-facing element on the skin surface around the user's stoma. Adapter for stoma comprises body-facing element and collecting bag for stoma discharge. Collecting bag for stoma effluents is attached to a distal surface of a protective film of a body-facing element. In another version of the stoma device, the collection bag for extractions contains the second half of the connecting junction. At the same time connecting joint is made with possibility of connection with first half of connecting joint on body-facing element for attachment of prefabricated bag for stoma to body-facing element. Device is used to reduce the frequency of cases of discharge of discharge from stoma.

EFFECT: providing a stoma device with improved compaction between the stoma and the body facing the body, reducing the probability of leakage caused by discharge.
