SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical devices for stoma application, and more specifically to the structure of the moved ring for providing a reliable attachment between the flange surrounding the stoma on the patient's body, and a stoma discharge collection receiver. At that, the stoma care device comprises: a flange containing a flange ring; and a stoma collection collector for receiving stoma bag ring. Movable ring is arranged with the possibility of being located between the annular surface of the flange ring and the annular surface of the ring bag ring. At that, both flange ring and stoma bag ring contain sections for mutual engagement, made with possibility of direct engagement of flange ring and the stoma bag ring to each other through the inner diameter of the moved ring. Inner diameter of the displaced ring ranges from 4.0 to 10 cm, and the thickness varies from 0.7 to 1.0 mm.
