FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: binder is obtained by mixing petroleum bitumen, while heating, with 5.0 wt % rubber taken in the form of a solution thereof in an organic solvent containing no more than 30 wt % oil-resistant rubber, wherein the organic solvent used is a fraction of liquid products of pyrolysis of car tyres which boils at temperature higher than 200°C.
EFFECT: wider range of organic solvents for oil-resistant rubber used to produce bitumen-rubber binder, and improved economic parameters of the process owing to use of an organic solvent obtained from waste car tyres, improved processing properties.
