FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular, to facilities for measurement of high voltages. A high-voltage voltage divider comprises a high-voltage and a grounded electrodes fixed at the ends of an insulating cylinder, and R-C-r blocks arranged between them and connected in series, being located along a cylindrical helical line, the pitch of which is equal to s=(H×n)/N (where N is number of R-C-r blocks in a high-voltage arm, H is height of working space of a high-voltage arm; n is number of blocks in a spiral turn). Also the device comprises plate electrodes with holes in centres, installed at the edges of printed circuit boards and with gaps between electrodes and cylindrical body t=0.8-1 mm. At the same time connection of printed circuit boards is made in the form of a straight prism, points of connection are arranged at the edges of the printed circuit board and are displaced relative to the narrow side of the printed circuit board taken as a base, by (k-1)×(L/n)×tgα and k×(L/n)×tgα (where k is serial number of printed circuit boards selected from the row 1, 2, …, n, α is angle of inclination of the block axis to the base, L is length of the perimeter of the inscribed polygon with the number of sides n).

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, reduced dimensions of a divider and increased stability of a structure to external mechanical effects.
