FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: defectoscope-pig comprises a frame carrier, on which support wheel blocks are mounted, odometric wheels with sensors, at least one sealing collar, an alarm of defectoscope location and a sealed container. The sealed container comprises at least two photographic devices, sources of illumination, a source of supply and a memory device, connected to an electronic control unit, besides, in the sealed container there are light port windows, closed with optically transparent material. When used in gas pipelines, it additionally comprises a device of speed control, made in the form of an autonomous module, which includes a power supply unit connected to a unit of movement speed control connected with an actuating mechanism by means of a drive. In the sealing collar there is an overflow opening for gas relief. The sealing collar is made with a gap relative to the pipeline wall. The sealed container is made as explosion-proof. Sources of illumination are made on light diode elements of white colour.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of manifold pipeline survey.
