FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sheet filler stocks are manufactured. Substance made of molybdenum oxide and boron nitride, electric resistance of which exceeds electric resistance of stock material is applied onto specified sections of one of sheets by means of diffusion spraying in the form of a mesh. Sheet filler stocks are assembled into a package, which is sealed along the perimeter, and a row of continuous seams is arranged by roller welding to form incomplete penetrations in sections of their crossing with the applied substance. The package is placed between lining sheets, heated, and the filler is shaped and welded to the lining due to pressure of gas passing via non-welded sections of the filler package.
EFFECT: increased quality of panels and their strengthening due to diffusion of molybdenum atoms on titanium alloy surface.
