DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR VIRAL INVOLVEMENT OF VEGETATIVE PARASYMPATHETIC GANGLIA OF HEAD Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2529795 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: patient's blood is analysed for the content of specific IgG herpes simplex virus type 1 and cytomegalovirus antibodies, as well as for the content of interferon alpha and interferon gamma. If the content of specific IgG herpes simplex virus type 1 antibodies falls within the range of 1:2973.75 to 1:3058.25, the content of cytomegalovirus antibodies falls within the range of 1:2916.91 to 1:2997.37, the content of interferon alpha is from 178.56 to 194.78 unit/ml, the content of interferon gamma is from 14.37 to 16.87 unit/ml, the herpes viral involvement of the vegetative parasympathetic ganglia of the head is diagnosed.

EFFECT: using invention enables diagnosing herpes viral involvement of the vegetative parasympathetic ganglia of the head; the technique is non-invasive.
