FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: ferroelectric (FE) capacitor consists of dielectric substrate (1), on which there formed out of an electrically conducting film are electrodes of planar capacitor (2) and (3), electrodes (6) and (7) for supply of control voltage and strip lines (4) and (5) that connect electrodes (2), (6) and electrodes (3), (7), FE film (8) coating the dielectric film with electrodes, on which there formed out of electrically conducting film are electrodes (9) and (10) above electrodes (2) and (3) with partial overlap of areas for connection to an external UHF circuit and electrodes (11) and (12) above electrodes (6) and (7) for connection to the external control circuit. Capacitors with electrodes (2) and (9) and with electrodes (3) and (10) interlock direct current flow from a control voltage source through the UHF circuit. Inductive resistance of strip lines (4) and (5) prevents power leakage of an UHF signal to external control circuits of the FE capacitor.

EFFECT: reduction of a control voltage level at increased power levels of an UHF signal.
