FIELD: measuring instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: rod is intended to determine hydrocylinder piston position. The rod includes several detector elements installed along the measuring rod axis with electric link between them, responding to magnetic field of magnet. Detector elements are formed by Hall effect sensors. Invention includes calibration device where linearisation of respective detector elements is indicated, where detector elements are linearised one by one.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of hydrocylinder piston position determination.
