FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of multiplex networks called local interconnection networks, or networks of CAN type, or networks of FlexRay type, which are used namely in some motor vehicles. Technical result is achieved due to device (D) that is intended to control activation of units (OE11-OE23) included in a system of at least one multiplex communication network (R1-R2) controlled by control unit (OM); in case of detection by control element (OM) of activation of units (OE21-OE23) of multiplex network (R2) of the system, device (D) determines the current counter value, and if this current value exceeds or is equal to the chosen threshold, it does not request for any acknowledgment of activation and prescribes preservation of a standby mode of units (OE11-OE13) of the system of multiplex networks (R1-R2), while if this current value is less than the chosen threshold, it either increases the current value by one unit and prescribes preservation of standby mode of units (OE11-OE13) of the system of multiplex networks (R1-R2) when activation is not acknowledged, or zeros the current value and enables activation of units (OE11-OE23) of the system of multiplex networks (R1-R2) if activation is acknowledged.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention consists in reduction of network electrical energy consumption owing to excluding alteration of phases of conversion to standby and activation states in multiplex network units.
