SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic information distribution systems. The system comprises an information service which is configured to provide information distribution services, user devices for receiving information distribution services, a transport structure which is configured to communicate with network entities, said transport structure being configured to collect metadata, said metadata being dynamically updatable to accurately represent said network entities in said information distribution network, wherein the information service is configured to analyse the transport structure to identify target device users for providing selected information from the information service and one or more third parties having access to said transport structure for inserting third party metadata for identification and providing third party information to target device users.
EFFECT: high efficiency of providing information to target users.
