FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparation of soya component based fodders. The protein and mineral fodder product preparation method involves milling meat and bone raw material represented by poultry by-products and the raw material mixing with a protein component in the form of soya flour and subsequent formation of granules. The meat and bone raw material is represented by a paste of poultry by-products represented by legs, heads and necks at a ratio of 1:1:1; the paste is preliminarily prepared by way of two-fold milling - coarse and fine, in a paste-producing chopper. The protein component is represented by full fat soya flour; the ratio of flour to paste is equal to 1:1 while mixing is performed simultaneously with components supplying for formation of granules; the dry substances content is conditioned to 90-92%.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to reduce the cost of the product manufactured and enhance the product biological value.
