FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, specifically to production of fodders. Protein fodder product preparation method involves mixing fish paste, produced from soft wastes from cutting fish with natural moisture content and fat and soya flour, prepared based on secondary soya raw material with dry substances content of 90-92 %, obtained during manufacture of thermally treated full-fat soya flour or soya bean grit. Components are mixed in weight ratio in form of a binary composition paste:soya flour = 1:1, to prepare protein-lipid-vitamin granulate with dry substances content of 90-92 %.
EFFECT: proposed method enables to obtain a protein fodder product at a relatively low cost with increased biological value and storage capacity due to presence of fish oil and vitamin E therein, protecting essential fatty acids ω-3 and ω-6 against oxidation.
