FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material grinders. Disintegrator comprises housing, two pairs of rotors, unloading device and drive. Rotors can spin outer row of percussion elements in direction to unloading device. Said housing has rectilinear wall. Unloading device is equidistant from axles of rotors and is arranged opposite the housing rectilinear wall. Two loaders abut on said housing to feed materials to be ground to centres of rotors rotation. Rows of percussion elements of every rotor pair are arranged in concentric circles. Axial clearance between external rows of said element in grinding chamber cross-section varies uniformly and features maximum and minimum value in every 90 degrees. Cross-section of rotor pair external row approximates to rectangle at minimum said axial clearance. Cross-section of rotor pair external row approximates to square at maximum said axial clearance.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding.
