FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises rotors, an unloading device and a drive. Rotors are made symmetrically with the possibility for the outer rows of striking elements to rotate in the direction of the unloading device. A casing is fitted by a rectilinear wall and the unloading device is equidistanced from the rotors' rotation axes and is set opposite the rectilinear wall. Two loading devices adjoin the casing and serve for the supply of materials to be ground to the rotors' rotation centres. The unloading device is fitted by a wire grid consisting of two segments converging in the point on the disintegrator symmetry axis and representing circular arcs with the centres being set on the rotors' rotation axes. Dimensions of gaps between the inner radius of the grid segments and the outer radius of the outer striking element rows as well as between the adjacent wire rods of the grid are defined as the dependence on the weighted mean dimensions of the initial material and those of a ready product respectively.
