FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing 1 with axial 3 loading and tangential 2 unloading branch pipes. In the housing 1 to counter-rotating upper 4 and lower horizontal discs 7 rigidly attached thereto in concentric circles row of impact elements 5, 6 and 9 are arranged. Each series of impact elements is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite drive. The distances between the impact elements are reduced from the center to the periphery of the discs 4 and 7. Disks 4 and 7 are made of different diameters. Symmetrically placed vertical supports 11 are rigidly attached to the end of the largest 4 disc, which accommodates the penultimate row of the impact elements 6 of the grinding chamber. Conical rings 12 with radial ribs on the upper and lower surface are rigidly fixed over their entire height to the outer surface of the outer row of the impact elements 9 and to the inner surface of the vertical supports 11. Height of the radial ribs (2-10) dmax, where dmax is the maximum particle size of the finished product. The conical rings 12 of the upper 4 and lower 7 discs are arranged vertically one-by-one. Tilt angle α of each conical ring 12 generator exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the material. In the overlapping area of adjacent conical rings, all radial ribs have a geared profile. The geared profile peaks correspond to the cavities of adjacent conical rings with a technological gap. The height of the vertical supports 11 exceeds the height of the impact elements 9.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding and productivity of the finished class of grinded material.
