FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator with located inside rotors, unloading device and drive is provided with two additional rotors and drive. All rotors are located symmetrically in casing and are made with the possibility for the outer rows of striking elements to rotate in the direction of the unloading device. The casing has straight wall. The unloading device is located at equal distances from axis of rotation of the rotors, and is located against the straight wall. Two loading devices adjoin the casing and serve for the supply of materials to be ground to the rotors' rotation centres. The casing contains two blade swirler located in the central part of the casing comprising two similar flat blades, each of them has profile of ј ellipse cut along its major and minor axes. Inclination angle of the straight edge of blades created by major axis of the ellipse and being in plane of symmetry of the casing, is antisymmetric with axis of the casing and is 40…45°. By another straight edge each blade is rigidly secured at opposite walls of the casing. The blades are rigidly secured to each other in point of the axis of symmetry of the casing at crossing of straight and curvilinear edges. The minimum clearance between the curvilinear edge of the blade and impact elements of the external row is b > dmax, where dmax is maximum size of particles of the ready product. The securing line of each flat blade is parallel to the straight wall, and is at distance to it exceeding width of the impact element of the external row.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of materials grinding and mixing.
