FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Device comprises a cylindrical housing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes, with upper and lower horizontal discs located in the housing with possibility of counter rotation with series of impact elements rigidly fixed thereon along concentric circumferences, each of which is located between the impact elements rows of the opposing disc. Distances between the impact elements decrease from the center to the periphery of the disks. Disks are made with different diameters. To the largest disk end face, to which belongs the penultimate row of grinding chamber impact elements, symmetrically placed vertical supports are rigidly attached. To the impact elements outer row outer surface and to the vertical supports inner surface over their entire height the conical annular sectors with ribbed upper and lower surfaces are rigidly fixed, which are alternately arranged by vertical line. Each conical annular sector generatrix tilt angle α exceeds the angle of the material natural slope. In the adjacent conical annular sectors overlapping areas, gaps between them in the vertical line are reducing from (5…10)dmax up to (1…2)dmax in the direction of their rotation, where dmax is the finished product maximum particles size, and the height of the vertical supports exceeds the height of the impact elements.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the grinding process efficiency by increasing the number of particle collisions and increasing abrasion and crushing loads on the grinded material in the grinding chamber peripheral part.
