SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding and low abrasive materials may be used, in particular, in the production of building materials. Pairs of rotors 1 and 2 are rotatable outer rows 12 impact elements in one direction on the axis of symmetry of casing 5 perpendicular to walls 7 arranged straight insert 14, each of which has two straight 15 and curved 16 surfaces. Housing 5 comprises two parallel, rectilinear walls. Inner surface 8 of two curved walls 9 contains fender elements 10. Width of each channel between straight surface 15 of insert 14 and straight wall 7 of housing 5 a 2Dmax, and the curved surface 16 of inserts 14 have a radius from the center of rotation of rotors 1 and 2 is equal to Rmax+(1…2)Dmax, where Dmax - maximum size of a piece of material to be ground, and Rmax - largest radius of rotors 1 and 2.
EFFECT: disintegrator provides increased degree of crushing due to multiple collisions of particles of the material sent to the outer rows of impact elements to the discharge devices.
