FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of small-scale generation, namely, to wind engines, and may be used as an autonomous source of energy on buildings having sufficient height. A plant comprises a rotor with a vertical axis of rotation, equipped with working blades, which are made in the form of vertically aligned chutes, the cross section of which corresponds to a cylinder cut in the diametral plane. In the cavities of working blades there are rotary blades, made as congruent to working ones, at the same time each rotary blade is made as capable of rotation on the shaft relative to the fixed corresponding working blade, and also relative to the axis of rotor rotation. In upper and lower consoles stiffly fixed with the shaft of the rotor there are shafts of the specified blades installed, capable of rotation, being stiffly fixed with feathering planes arranged above upper consoles.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased efficiency factor of a wind turbine plant with reduced material intensity, and also simplified device design.
