FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind turbine plant includes a rotor containing a shaft with a vertical rotation axis and vertically oriented blades installed in a circumferential direction, which is arranged so that it can be rotated inside the housing made in the form of a guide apparatus with guide vanes located vertically along the perimeter of the housing and installed tangentially to leading edges of the rotor blades. Guide vanes have a corrugated cross section with a parabolic-cylinder contour. Their concave surface is coated with reflecting material; light receiving elements, mainly linear elements, with the length corresponding to the height of guide vanes of the housing are arranged in the focus of the guide vanes of the housing. Leading edges of the guide vanes have the possibility of their being folded in vertical plane relative to generatrixes of the surface of vanes under action of wind force.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency, enlarging its application area due to the shape of the guide apparatus and providing the possibility of using the surface of guide vanes for reception of solar energy.
