FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, applicable in stent delivery and percutaneous angioplasty, and characterises a flexible advanced catheter tip and a catheter for percutaneous introduction. The flexible advanced catheter tip with proximal and distal ends comprises a spring-like element, a radially rigid portion of the distal end arranged in the distal direction in relation to the spring-like element, and at least one element of the group consisting of: a) a longitudinally flexible tube having a hollow inner portion and an outer portion corresponding to a vascular wall with the spring-like element co-directional with the longitudinally flexible tube and built into it; b) a longitudinally flexible tube having a hollow inner portion and an outer portion corresponding to a vascular wall with the above spring-like element co-directional with the longitudinally flexible tube and arranged outside it; and c) a separation portion arranged at a proximal end of the spring-like element. The above spring-like element makes the catheter tip longitudinally flexible and advanced. The catheter comprises the proximal end, the distal end, a cylinder having a proximal projection and a distal projection, and the catheter tip.
EFFECT: inventions enable delivering the catheter through the narrowed blood vessels, wavy vessels or vessels comprising previously implanted stents.
