FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery. An intraocular lens (IOL) comprises an optic and support portion comprising three support elements equally spaced from each other. Each of the support elements consists of three elastic arch-shaped elements with different elasticity coefficients and a variable thickness, concentric in relation to the centre of the optic portion, coupled together along curvilinear arches reciprocating along the central axis of symmetry of the optic portion.
EFFECT: using the presented IOL enables extending the range of facilities, namely IOL.
