FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: composite unit for structures blown with exhaust gases of a jet engine comprises a tubular element and a corrugated partition. The corrugated partition is arranged in the tubular element, comprises multiple bends directed to different sides, connected to each other, and stretches in the longitudinal direction of the tubular element. The tubular element and the corrugated partition are made of ceramic matrix composite material. A wall composite structure for structures blown with exhaust gases of the jet engine comprises a wall element and multiple above composite units arranged on the wall element. Each composite unit is located in the longitudinal direction of the wall element and near the other composite unit. During manufacturing of a composite unit for structures blown with exhaust gases of the jet engine, they form a tubular element and a corrugated partition from ceramic matrix composite material, made of multiple bends connected to each other and directed to different sides. The corrugated partition and the tubular element are hardened. The corrugated partition is installed inside the tubular element to produce a composite angle so that bends of the corrugated partition stretch in the longitudinal direction of the specified tubular element.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to provide for the possibility for a composite unit to maintain temperature of exhaust gases of an aviation engine without reduction of its service life and increased structure weight.
