FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapy, exercise therapy, neurology, medical rehabilitation, and can be used for correction of coordination disorders in patients with ischemic stroke. Method involves therapeutic exercises. Therapeutic exercises include 7 special stages with repetition of 4 stages after 5 and 6 stages. Total duration of the complex of therapeutic exercises is 4 minutes 10 seconds, frequency is 1–5 times a day, minimum course is 5 days, maximum course is 12 months. Therapeutic course is started not earlier than 2nd day after the ischemic stroke provided that the patient has access to verbal contact.
EFFECT: method provides more effective correction of coordination disorders in patients by restoring the functional state of the reflex apparatus and enhancing central control over reflexes taking into account the adaptation of the vestibular apparatus.
