SUBSTANCE: this strap comprises flat inner and outer bearing surfaces, two ledges being arranged and strap ends over its length. Two rectangular holes are made at strap lengthwise axis nearby ledges, rifles being made along the strap lengthwise axis of at least one of its surfaces. Said rifles feature semicircular or trapezoidal cross-section to rule out strain concentration at cyclic deformation. Note here that their length does not exceed the spacing between lines of conjugation of inner or outer bearing surface with appropriate surfaces of ledges.
EFFECT: higher reliability at whatever railway lines.
